About the role

We are seeking a driven and personable Business Development Manager to join our dynamic commercial team.

This new and exciting role will be responsible for driving new sales growth across three companies within the Health and Wellbeing Division of the Handl Group. These companies are:

Mind Right - Provider of end-to-end psychological treatment services.

Reach - Provider of at-home neuro-occupational therapy services.

PSP/Osiris - Provider of specialist neurological rehabilitation and a leader in spasticity management in the UK.

The successful candidate will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, cultivating relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting and cross-selling the services of the three companies.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the personal injury and corporate markets.
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, including insurers, legal professionals, and rehabilitation case managers.
  • Cross-sell treatment services to existing customers who may not currently work with all three companies.
  • Attend industry events and customer meetings across the UK to represent the companies and build networks.
  • Work closely with marketing and account management teams to align commercial objectives and strategies.
  • Collaborate with the operational management team to ensure smooth service delivery for new clients.
  • Effectively use CRM systems to track leads, opportunities, and sales progress.
  • Report on key metrics and performance, focusing on revenue growth and client acquisition.



Reporting

Reports to: Head of Business Development


KPI’s

  • Achievement of revenue growth targets.
  • Number of new clients acquired.
  • Expansion of services sold to existing customers.

 

Skills and Experience

  • Knowledge of the UK insurance and legal sectors, particularly related to claims and rehabilitation.
  • Previous experience in a sales role, ideally within healthcare or related fields.
  • Strong interpersonal, networking, and persuasive skills.
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems to manage customer relationships and sales pipelines.
  • Excellent questioning skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a strong collaborator.
  • Comfortable with regular travel for meetings and events.
  • Support the Head of Business Development in developing sales strategy that will meet and exceed yearly budgets


Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Educated to degree level.

Other Requirements

  • 3 Years of sales experience
  • Full driving license
