At Mind Right, we recognised that a website outlining what we offer simply wasn’t enough for our community. It should help the right person find the right support, quickly.
So, we rebuilt with exactly that in mind. Today, the new Mind Right website is live.
While the work we do hasn’t changed, the fundamental change is how we show what we do, including clearer routes for every professional who refers to us, a straighter path from a first question to the right clinician, and the evidence behind our approach gathered in one place. For anyone who relies on us – whether case managers, local authorities, solicitors, employers/occupational health, insurers or the teams around them – it should now be quicker to find what you need and understand how we’ll help.
Built around who’s referring
The biggest change is structure. Rather than asking you to work out how our services apply to your world, we’ve built dedicated routes for each group we support.
There are now distinct spaces for case managers, local authorities, fostering and adoption, medicolegal instructions, employers and insurers. Each one speaks to the realities of that setting, including the pressures, the timescales, the kind of evidence a decision rests on. Maybe you refer into personal injury rehabilitation; or you’re commissioning spot-purchase support outside framework; or you’re instructing an expert assessment: there’s now a page written for exactly that.
The thinking, not just the offer
The new homepage does more than introduce us. It sets out how we actually work: how a referral becomes a match, how quickly that happens, and how progress is measured along the way.
That matters because our national network isn’t a directory of names. It’s what makes it possible to match a person to the clinician who genuinely fits: by specialism, by communication style, by cultural and linguistic context, and by the practical reality of the case. Our network now spans more than 1,000 clinicians across the UK who meet our high clinical governance standards, including multilingual practitioners working across 54 languages, with cultural and linguistic matching built into every referral.
We’ve also made our pace clearer, because it’s one of the things professionals ask about most: a welcome call within one working day, clinician matching within days, and outcome measurement throughout rather than a single sign-off. Alongside that, our governance, accreditations and clinical quality are easier to find, which includes our information-security standards so that referrers can see not only what we do, but the assurance behind it.
In their words
“What we do every day hasn’t changed: this is about showing it more clearly,” said Pete Clark, Managing Director at Mind Right. “For years, the difference we make has come down to matching: not just finding a clinician who’s available, but the right clinician for that person and that case. The old site never quite did that justice. The new one is built around it, so the people referring to us can see how we think, how quickly we move, and the evidence behind the outcomes. That clarity is good for referrers, and ultimately it’s good for the people we support.”
The rebuild also reflects Mind Right’s place within handl Group, and the wider ambition to join up disciplines that too often run on separate tracks.
“Mind Right sits alongside partners within handl Group, and this website makes the strength of that connection much clearer,” said Caroline Arrowsmith, Divisional Commercial Director at handl Group. “When medical reporting and psychological care work as one measurable pathway, cases don’t fall into the gap between them. The new site shows referrers a joined-up offer which is clinically robust, commercially straightforward, and built around the outcome rather than the process. It’s a real step forward for the people and partners who rely on us.”
