Important: These terms govern use of the Mind Right website. They do not themselves create a contract for psychological assessment, treatment, rehabilitation or any other clinical service. Any service is subject to separate contractual, referral and clinical arrangements. |

The website provides general information about Mind Right and psychological rehabilitation. It is not a substitute for an individual clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment plan or advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional. You should not act, delay seeking help or stop treatment solely because of information on the website.
Using the website or submitting an enquiry does not create a clinician-patient relationship and does not oblige Mind Right to accept a referral or provide a service.
The website is not an emergency service: It may not be monitored continuously. If you or another person is in immediate danger, call 999 or attend the nearest Accident and Emergency department. For urgent health advice that is not an immediate emergency, contact NHS 111 or an appropriate local urgent mental health service. |
Mind Right aims to keep the website available and functioning properly, but access is provided on a temporary basis. Mind Right may suspend, withdraw, restrict or change any part of the website for maintenance, security, legal, operational or business reasons. Mind Right does not guarantee that the website or any content will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
You are responsible for arranging the equipment, software and internet connection needed to use the website and for ensuring that anyone who accesses it through your connection understands these terms.
You may use the website for lawful personal, professional or business purposes connected with learning about Mind Right, contacting it or considering its services. You may print or download reasonable extracts for your own non-commercial use, provided that you do not alter them, remove notices or use them out of context.
You must not:
If you make an enquiry or referral concerning another person, you are responsible for ensuring that you are authorised to provide the information and that the person has received appropriate privacy information, unless a lawful exception applies. You should provide only information that is relevant and necessary for the purpose.
Do not send detailed medical records, reports or other highly confidential information through a general contact form unless Mind Right has specifically requested it and has provided an approved secure route. Mind Right may ask you to use another channel or provide further evidence of authority before acting on a referral.
The website and its content, including text, designs, graphics, logos, trade marks, videos, photographs, software and other materials, are owned by or licensed to Mind Right and are protected by intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved.
Except for the limited personal use allowed in section 6, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, sell, license, frame, mirror or commercially exploit any website content without prior written permission from Mind Right or the relevant rights owner.
Mind Right takes reasonable care when preparing website content, but the information is general and may not be complete, current or suitable for a particular person or situation. Mind Right may update, correct or remove content without notice. You should obtain appropriate professional advice before relying on information for a clinical, legal, financial, employment or other important decision.
The website may link to websites, platforms or resources operated by third parties. Links are provided for convenience and do not amount to endorsement. Mind Right does not control those third parties and is not responsible for their availability, content, security, privacy practices or terms. You should review the relevant third party’s information before using its service or providing personal information.
You may link to the website in a fair and lawful way that does not damage Mind Right’s reputation or suggest an association, approval or endorsement that does not exist. You must not frame the website on another site or link from a site containing unlawful, misleading, discriminatory, defamatory or otherwise harmful material. Mind Right may withdraw linking permission at any time.
Mind Right uses reasonable measures to protect the website, but cannot guarantee that it will be secure or free from bugs, viruses or other harmful material. You should use your own protective software and security controls. You must not misuse the website by attempting to introduce malicious material or compromise its security.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any rights and remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
Mind Right is responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of its breach of these terms or failure to use reasonable care and skill. Mind Right is not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, for business losses, or for losses caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control. These terms do not affect your statutory consumer rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mind Right excludes implied conditions, warranties and representations relating to the website. Mind Right will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, contracts, anticipated savings, goodwill, opportunity, data or business interruption arising from or connected with use of, or inability to use, the website or reliance on its content.
Mind Right is not responsible for loss caused by third-party websites, failures in telecommunications or internet services, unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect your systems, or information submitted through a route that Mind Right has expressly stated is unsuitable for confidential or clinical material.
Mind Right uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Notice and uses cookies and similar technologies as described in its Cookie Policy and consent tool. Where you provide information about another person, you must ensure that doing so is lawful and transparent.
Mind Right may respond to enquiries using the contact details you provide. Submission of a form does not guarantee that a message has been received, accepted or actioned. You should contact Mind Right by another appropriate route if a matter is urgent or if you do not receive an expected response.
Unless a secure channel has been specifically provided, internet and email communications may carry security risks. You should not include more personal or confidential information than is reasonably necessary.
Mind Right may suspend or block access, remove submitted material or report activity to relevant authorities where it reasonably believes these terms have been breached, the website or another person is at risk, or action is required by law.
Mind Right may change the website and these terms from time to time. The current terms will be published on the website with their effective date. Changes apply from publication and do not retrospectively alter a separate service contract already in force.
If any part of these terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it will be treated as removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining terms will continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. Unless expressly stated, no person other than you and Mind Right has a right to enforce these terms under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999.
These terms and any non-contractual dispute connected with the website are governed by the law of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom, you retain any mandatory protections available under the law of the place where you live and may bring proceedings in the courts available to you under applicable law. If you use the website for business purposes, the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
