We acknowledge referrals within one working day. Standard pathways aim for a first clinical session within 5-10 working days.

Your case manager, employer or insurer sends a referral to us. You don't need to do anything.

We choose a clinician with the right specialism for you, considering language, location and personal preferences.

Week 1-2

First session

Your first session, in person or online. A chance to share your story at your own pace. No pressure to be fixed on day one.

Through therapy

Sessions and reviews

Regular sessions with progress reviews at key points. You will see your own scores and goals move together.

When you're ready

Discharge and aftercare

Therapy ends when goals are met. We share a clear discharge summary with onward suggestions if needed.
