For social workers, panel members and commissioners, the pressure sits in two places at once: a family who needs support today, and a budget that has to add up. We designed our service to hold both of those in the same hand.
You will not chase us. Our intake team acknowledges every referral, and we can usually have a clinician ready to work with the family within 1-2 working weeks.

We acknowledge every referral within one working day. Treatment can be scheduled as quickly as possible based on the individual’s needs following triage.
Per-session rates are fixed and published on request. There are no assessment surcharges, no travel supplements and no per-report extras. The invoice you receive is the number we quoted.
No. We are directly spot-purchasable, with contracts and DPIAs prepared in advance. Where a framework is in place, we are happy to join.
Our network covers over 54 languages at intake, plus BSL, with interpreters for anything further. Cultural matching is standard, not exceptional.
Yes. We work with SENCOs, EPs and independent settings to produce reports that inform Section C and F of an EHCP, and we can attend tribunals where needed.
Yes. We are an accredited ASF provider and used to the fair-access assessment process.
