Clinical Quality

Clinical quality and governance that protects every referral you make

Mind Right is led by commercial clinicians and highly skilled mental health rehabilitation and return-to-work experts. Everything we do is bound by the highest codes of clinical quality and ethics.

Led by clinicians

The client at the heart of every decision.

From our Clinical Services Director, Pete Clark, with his decades of experience in psychological treatment, therapy and case management, through our key leadership and clinical team, all of our decision makers are bound by the highest codes of clinical quality and ethics.

That means the clinical needs of the patient are at the heart of every assessment, every treatment choice and every action we take.

Our foundations

Six pillars of clinical governance.

These are the six principles behind every case, clinician and process; and what each one means for the people we work with.

The needs of the client

Person-centred, problem-focused and clinically-governed treatments to deliver the best possible outcomes.

Person-centred

The needs of the commissioner

A stepped-care approach that is time-savvy, responsive, highly focused on the reason for referral, and offers real value for money.

Stepped care

Safety and effectiveness

Clinical quality and leadership with treatment plans focused on delivering what is necessary, appropriate, timely and effective.

Clinical safety

Clinical standards

Mind Right always meets stringent national standards. NICE, BACP, BABCP, HCPC and BPS guidance shapes what our clinicians do, day to day.

National standards

Transparency and openness

We ensure best practice through frequent, transparent audits and ongoing, robust quality assurance processes for all cases and reports.

Continuous audit

Professional development

We encourage our nationwide network to engage in regular CPD, and we hold every clinician against a governance promise they sign on joining.

CPD-first

Our network

High network expectations.

Every clinician in our network is a member of their relevant governing or professional body and has a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience, so your client is matched to someone genuinely suited to their needs, without waiting for local availability.

Each professional agrees to abide by our in-house approach and clinical governance promise, signed on joining and reviewed every year.

The clinician promise

“We promise to maintain a portfolio of continued professional development. We promise to deliver treatment in line with guidance from NICE, BACP, BABCP and the HCPC. We promise to advise Mind Right of any changes to our circumstances which may inhibit our ability to deliver treatment to the highest standards.”

Signed by every clinician on joining our nationwide network.
