For HR, OH and people leaders
We work most often with employers who already invest in an EAP or wellbeing programme but need a genuinely clinical service for the complex cases those programmes cannot resolve.
Our clinicians treat return-to-work as an outcome, not a byproduct. We coordinate with OH, HR and line managers throughout, and we do not consider therapy complete until sustainable return is in place.
From complex clinical assessment to critical incident response and manager training. Delivered as one service, coordinated by one clinical lead.

FAQ
Clear answers on how the service fits into your existing OH and EAP arrangements.
EAPs are designed for volume and brief interventions. Mind Right is designed for depth and complexity, for the cases where someone is at risk of losing their job unless the psychology genuinely resolves. We recommend using both, in different lanes.
Directly. Our clinical lead will speak with your OH clinician at the outset, at review points and at discharge. OH stays the medical decision-maker; we handle the psychological treatment.
Either. Most employers set us up with both routes: OH referrals for complex cases, and direct HR referrals for time-critical situations.
Case-level clinical outcomes, return-to-work status and time-to-first-session across your referrals. Quarterly management information reports as standard, more frequent on request.
Yes, with independence and clarity about our role. We are used to working alongside employment lawyers where the psychological work sits inside a wider dispute.
